Does My Grinder come with a warranty?

Yes, as long as the product was purchased through us or one of our authorized dealers. The limited warranty covers the breaking of the teeth with normal usage. The warranty does no over scratches, or dents. Our product is durable and resistant to scratches and dents but certainly not scratch or dent proof. To be warrantied, all returns must include proof of purchase.

What is your return policy?

You can return your product within the 30 days of purchase with no questions asked.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us prior to your return and be prepared to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I request a refund?

If you returned your product, it will be inspected upon receipt. Subsequent to inspection and approval of your refund, you will receive a credit applied to your original form of payment within 72 hours.

Can I make an Exchanges (if applicable)

If your product arrived defected or damaged, you can exchange it for a new one.

What About Shipping?

We offer Free Domestic Shipping.

USPS Priority with insurance typically takes 2-4 business days and all packaging is discreet.

We ship Monday thru Friday only (excluding Holidays).

We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.

Please note that most U.S. orders ship within 2-3 business days from receipt.  We will send you a separate shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number when the order ships from our warehouse.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order through our warehouse.
